Today, 4 February 2016, I placed yet again another order with Gleason's Flowers in Lee's Summit, MO. Again I received a exceptionally fine service and look forward to another on time splendid delivery. I don't remember when I began doing business with Gleason's but it was at least two different credit card expiration dates ago. I'm sorry other reviewers have not had the same gratifying experiences I have over these many years. I'll be ordering again.

We had the worst experience with Gleason's. We ordered flowers for a funeral and they never showed up. When we called the next day, we were told they were delivered after further questions we find they delivered to a funeral home instead of the church. The lady that answered never seem sorry, she never offered to find the order and resend to the family. When I asked who the Owner/Manager was I couldn't get the information, I was told I could try tomorrow and maybe they would be in. The worst part is the family we were trying to send the flowers to has been a huge part of my families life, we wanted to show how much they meant to us. We can't get this time back. We have done business with Gleason's for years and will not be going back.
