There customer service is horrible. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment to get windows and chandeliers cleaned on Monday. I also recommended them to my neighbors to get the same service on the same day as mines. When I asked the guy about the chandeliers he told me another crew does that. I called the owner and he said the guy was out of town and would be able to do it tomorrow. I understand things happened so I rescheduled for Tuesday between 9AM-11AM. I call them at 11:30AM to see what happened. The lady told me that I was on the schedule from 11AM-1PM and I explained to them that this was very unprofessional and that I've been inconvenienced for a second time. I asked how was I going to be compensated and she said she'll take $10 off and I said that's not good enough( I wanted at least $15 off) she gets back on the phone raising her voice and hangs up on me. I called a second time never did I raise my voice to either one of the ladies. She said I was talking to her like a dog which I wasn't and then she cancels my service and says when you can talk in a calm manner call back then hangs up. I never raised my voice or said anything inappropriate. I deal with customers everyday for my job so I know how customer service is supposed to be. They lack big time in that department and don't appreciate their customers. A simple apology and acknowledgement of the inconvenience would of been great. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
