I am an older woman living alone and have previously been taken advantage of by people in the heating and cooling business. I have had people push to sell me a new furnace or air conditioner that I know I do not need. Jim is a whole different story! He is extremely knowledgable, reliable, competent, polite, prompt, friendly--absolutely everything one could ask for. I feel so confident to be "in his hands" now, and if my furnace or air conditioner should fail suddenly, I know he will do his best to help me quickly and fairly. I am never turning to another heating and cooling company--this one is a keeper. Honesty, integrity and fairness sticks out all over him, so to speak. His price was extremely reasonable. He even went and got several filters for my furnace so I would be supplied with them for the foreseeable future. I give him my very highest endorsement.

I just had a whole house humidifier installed and this company was wonderful. Great prices and they are very very honest. They won't do work that is NOT needed. Jim the owner was great and patient with us and all our questions. He was the one that did the install worked around our schedule. We are now going to have him install a hot water heater soon as well. This company is very reliable and would recommend them to all! Very professional company and owners.Forget those companies that want service contracts! They just want your money!

Highly recommend this company in our Plainfield area. They care and listen to the consumer and go above and beyond to help and get answers to questions . They just added a whole house humidifier to our furnace and Jim the owner was wonderful. We will be doing more business with this company in the future for sure! Now getting ready to put a new hot water heater in soon which they do also. Their prices and estimates are great and this company is very very HONEST and reliable. Definetly recommend this company to all. Forget those companies that want service agreements they are just out to get your money!
