Very poor customer service hung up on when trying to work out a deal zero communication there springs might be good But there people skills suck will never take business to or recommend

I called them in need... Hoping to be able to talk about upgrading my Excursion springs to F350 springs and the codes, heights and weights that change with the conversion I was doing. It was a breath of fresh air!I spoke with a lady that knows her stuff!!! Don't be confused with the kind voice! She talked shop and then even had to call the warehouse about bushing I needed and called me back to let me know. I couldn't be more impressed!I will use them every time I need u-bolts, bushings or springs!

these people are the best in the business. yes they are no nonsense but you know what? they get the job done and they get it done right, the first time. their estimates are right on with the amount that you are charged when the job is done. I am going back to them tomorrow for an estimate on another job and I know that it will be done right!

Not sure about the office staff but the 2 mechanics I encountered were both polite and very knowledgeable. Thanks to their excellent inspections, they caught a potential problem that could have cased a major accident. I will never go anywhere else for all of my suspensions needs. I recommend that everybody go there, no matter what the office staff and owner may be like, the quality of work is what is excellent and what is most important to the majority of people. I can go and get touchy feely office staff/salesmen, but the work is horrible

YUP just like what everyone else said these are rude people. The receptionist was rude, then she handed the phone to the owner (Rick) and he was even worst. Called for a simple estimate and just in that little bit of tim i spoke with him i could tell i would never want these people to touch my car. Oh, and his estimate was $200 more than all the others i got. ha

The receptionist was horrible and her attitude was very poor. Rick the owner is not much better. Don't go there...that's my best advice.

I was referred to Gitts Spring by another company that I had done business with before, so I took there word and went there. Worst advice I ever took, the receptionistâ¦my god this woman is rude, and unwilling to listen to the customer concerns. I wanted to pay my bill but wow what a hassle, they never told me up front about how they wanted the payment and held my vehicle hostage until I did it there way. So I spoke with the owner to see if I could resolve the situation, because I just wanted to pay my bill and got the same treatment he was rude and assumes I should know all about his billing methodsâ¦well at least it answers the question on why the receptionist is so rude. Rude people think alike. My advice to anyone NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE!!!
