We first came to Gettysburg Pike as a walk in. We haven't changed veterinarians since because everything was so impressive and professional.

This place is horrible! They won't write you a prescription so you can have the option of finding it cheaper. They also wrote the prescription wrong on my dog's pill bottle, and when I questioned the office manager she said it was fine. I insisted on asking the vet, and the vet said it was written wrong. Now they are selling the practice so any previously written scripts will not be filled until you pay more to see the new vet, even if you were only there a month ago.

So glad we found Dr. Dhah

I just switched vets and am going to Dr Shah. It was the best decision. I absolutely love them. I also love the fact that he doesnt charge to clip my dogs toenails. Timberview charged me $38.00 to cut my dogs nails. Want a great vet? I would highly recommend Dr Shah

If you are a new pet owner and want to see the best vet in the Mechanicsburg area, I urge you to see Dr. Shah at Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital. If you have had pets for a while and want to receive excellent veterinary care at a very fair price, then I urge you to switch to Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital. I have several dogs with a variety of needs. The staff in the office are always courteous and loving towards my pets. Dr. Shah is equally kind and compassionate. I am not basing my review on one visit. I have gone to this clinic with all of my dogs on many occasions. I have never had a bad experience at Dr. Shah's office.

I was feeling down and out, and my one eye running now I am attracting all the girl cats again!

My wife and I used to take our dog to another vet, but after our Dog became very sick to where she could have died and the treatment given was satisfactory, We switched to Gettysburg Pike Animal Clinic and they are much better. They care more about the problem than making the money. They want to see your pet better than see how much they can charge you. The vet put our dog on a special diet and she has been doing much better ever since. I would recommend this vet to anyone with a pet. The staff is very friendly and professional as well.

August 3, 2010. I took my cat to this hospital because she had a strange bump on her head. Making the appointment was very easy over the phone. THe inside of the hospital is brand new and is very clean. The assistants were very friendly, helpful, and gentle with my cat. The Dr was extremely knowledgeable and offered a treatment that avoided surgery or medication. They gladly answered all of my questions and even called me this morning to see how my cat was doing. The price was very reasonable compared to other places I've been. I will definitely return and recommend this animal hospital to others.

I recently went to Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital for the first time. My yorkie received excellent care. We were able to schedule a convenient appointment, and we did not wait to be seen. Dr. Shah was friendly, kind and patient with my pet. He explained his treatment plan and did not overcharge me for services. The office staff was also pleasant. I am planning to make the Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital my regular veterinarian for all of my pets! I highly recommend that you do the same.
