Since 1996, when Gesa became a community-chartered credit union and opened its field of membership to everyone in Washington, the credit union experienced explosive growth. Consumers have discovered the value of banking with a not-for-profit cooperative. Gesa now has sixteen Member Service Centers (MSCs) in six counties, but continues to show a commitment to its roots. DON'T USE THIS CREDIT UNION!!!

I'VE missed a couple payments and the last two payments i made didnt even go towards my loan. It says sitting in the savings account and when i click on savings account it says i have 5 dollars. I have no idea where my payments went to! According to my statement i got today the loan is in collections and i had no notice of that. Just says my payment is deposited...DEPOSITED WHERE?! who knows!

REPO RIP OFFS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am a contractor that has suffered many financial wows in this economy. I have been late on some bills, but have made things work and have paid my debt. Gesa has a collector named Jen that repossessed our yukon denali after 3 years of no missed payments! I was 41 days past due and begged them to accept my payment to catch up and leave our family with a vehicle and this bimbo didn't care! I sent these people business for several years as a finance manager in the auto industry when NOBODY else was using them, and this is the thanks I get! Bank of America, just smaller!
