Made an appointment a week in advance for a routine water heater replacement, wanted a morning appointment but the day of, got called and pushed back to low-priority late afternoon. Cancelled appointment and went elsewhere when it was almost 5 pm and no calls or word as to when installer would even get here.

Having made an appointment early this morning for the warranty installation ("around 1 pm") of a heating element on a George Morlan water heater we now find out the service person isn't even close to being on schedule and that the best they could do is a five hour window tomorrow - "but no guarantees". We are now wondering if purchasing the warranty along with the new water heater seven years ago was a wise decision as the warranty is meaningless unless the service people actually act upon it.
