Provided by YPmobileWe had our windshield shattered today while on a cross country trip. There is no way we could continue our trek until it was replaced but everyone was telling our insurance it would be 2 weeks to get it replaced!
Not an option for us. Finally Genuine Glass said they
could possibly get us in this afternoon. We were there at about 2pm and they had us back on the road by 335pm!

After finding Genuine Auto Glass through a Bing search, I called and got a quote. The cheery gal that answered the phone gave me the price quickly and mentioned she could get it done that day. I took my car and and they finished an hour early. Fast, efficient friendly service is easily recommendable.

I had originally brought my girlfriends car into the Puyallup shop to get her windshield replaced and her windows tinted from SC Window Tinting. When I first called I was greeted by a young woman named Jennifer. She was EXTEREMELY pleasant, knowledgable and responsive to my needs. I was quoted a fair and competitive price and was given an estimated time frame of 3 hours for the entire process. I had arrived approximately a half hour early, and they were able to get to work on her car quickly thereafter. On top of that instead of the full three hours they were able to complete it all shortly after two hours. Two days later I made an appointment for my own car! I highly recommend them!

GAG president is wrong. read response to.. they won't find you.. Hey GAG president I didn't do business with you so how do you know your story transpired???!! I dealt with John, a store manager at best.. You say I didn't call the driver.. That's a load of crap! I still have his number on my call log.. and I could pull of my bill too if you'd like! The question, now, is did you write the good reviews yourself under a psuedo name?

In response to this review. The customer is correct we did call him (at his home not work) prior to driving about 15 miles one way.As we allways do.However after my tech. got no answer he left a message for him to call the shop or his cell phone. He got no call to his cell phone, We got no call to the shop.After about 1 1/2 hours after not hearing from the customer I called him, I explained we allways need to speak with the customer before going to make sure they are available.He informed me that he doesnt and wont answer his home phone. I then suggested he use another glass company as we cant go to a job without verfication of someone being there.

They called the day of service to confirm I was at location given.. My job prevents me from taking calls sometimes.. Called (driver) back.. went straight to voicemail.. Called John and HE suggested I go somewhere else. So I would do just that.. besides John informed me his drivers/installers don't have GPS so don't expect them to find you.

great job I wouldnt go anywhere else they where professional and courtious and my car looks perfect my agent reccommended them and she was right on!!

With regards to the poor review the customer wanted us to reinstall their good to go sticker and we told them we couldnt because when removed it can disable the micro chip and according to the Wa. Department of Transportation(http://wsdot.wa.gov/goodtogo/faq.htm) it must be replaced when changing the windshield.The last thing we would want is for our customers to get tickets because we disregarded the reccomendation of the Wa D.O.T.and tried to reinstall a nonreusable sticker.we acctually paid them for the replacement of their sticker.If that is poor customer service than guilty as charged

The first time they replaced it, it squeeked so bad I turned around after driving only a block and had them redo it. They broke some of the trim clips that hold the trim pieces around the windshield among other things. Will not use them again. Used them only because they were recommended by my insurance company. This review is for the Tacoma shop.
