We offer grooming rehabilitation, for those pets who may have had a bad experience elsewhere.
At The Gentle Groomer we pride ourselves on treating each pet we groom as an individual, with unique likes and dislikes. We strive to make the grooming experience as low stress as possible. We assess the temperament of each pet and adjust our approach accordingly. In most cases we are able to avoid the use of restraints entirely. Our handling of each pet emphasizes gentleness. We only utilize restraining measures if the pet's temperament and behavior indicates that this is necessary for the safety of the pet or groomer.
We only accept cash or check. No credit cards.

Provided by YP.comI took my cairn terrier in to be groomed by Lia. It was Brinna's first time, as at her first home, she was a show dog, where she was groomed and trained by her owner. I wanted to keep her rough coat and the true cairn look. Lia did an exceptional job! She took the time to discuss how and what she would do, so I was well informed. Brinna was happy and beautiful when I picked her up. Thanks Lia!
