your front office staff need to be inserviced on customer service and be more organized with scheduling, I called to schedule my 4 year old son and I for a check up more than 2 weeks in advance, took time off from my busy work schedule to get my son out of school, showed up for our appointment, to find out from your staff we weren't even on the schedule! Their excuse was that the appointment was 'probably' arranged by their main appointment office, who cares! if you're going to schedule us in then get your brain cells together and arrange it! So a week after that incident, I rescheduled my son for another appointment. 1 day before, I get a call from your front office staff asking if my son can be seen in the morning instead of at 3pm because the dentist has a big gap in time scheduling, who cares! I scheduled the time I needed for my busy schedule, you committed to it!! who are you accommodating? My busy schedule or the dentists' busy schedule?!? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My insurance switched at my job and I had to get another dentist. I have a fear of dentist after an experience at smilecare. Anyway, the dentist at gentle dental is very nice, GENTLE, and explanatory. I am very comfortable with this dentist. Sarah
