Best in Mason County by Happy in Shelton - 12/03/2009I tried a couple different places before going with Genetation D and boy was I glad I called them! They were at my house the next day and they couldn't fix the problem on site so they brought it back to their shop and within 2 days of the call they were dropping it back off at my house! The prices can't be beat and the service was excellent - answered all my questions and even gave me user manuals to avoid potential future issues. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to all my friends!
Great Service by cascadia - 12/03/2009Generation D came out, removed viruses from our computer, and brought it back all in one day, onsite service, good service, will use again
Poor communications skills, did not call me back with info requested. by btsdad - 02/05/2008I gave owner a list of software I wanted installed on my computer. Said he would call back with an estimate and never returned my call. Send a message through a merchant link and still no reply.
