I purchased a replica NHL jersey and they offered to put my name and numbers on it for about $40.00. I got the jersey two weeks later and saw the numbers were sewn on crooked. They offered to send the jersey back to their embroidery company for a re-do. The second attempt was slightly better but still very crooked, especially the numbers on the arms. They told me I'll just have to accept it the way it is. Finding that answer unacceptable I had to call the Vice President of the company. He offered me a full refund. When I walked into the store to return the jersey and get my refund check, I was greeted with a cold shoulder and they practically threw the check at me. One week later a fellow skater saw the jersey hanging on the rack for sale! They are trying to sell a defective jersey with my name on the back!!

Very friendly and helpful staff and a large selection of sporting goods. They do a great job on skate sharpening .
