Jaymes and staff have been our IT team for over 10 years. In that time we have had the most professional and dedicated service. They are trustworthy and have a sense of responsibility to solve your problems in a fast and accurate manner. In today's medical office it is imperative that we get immediate help when a computer, printer, connection, etc is down and we have had that kind of service. I have found that all their staff is experienced and very knowledgeable no matter what problem I seem to throw at them. They definitely go that extra mile. I have been using geeks here in omaha for five years plus and have never had an issue. I'm not sure why anyone would give them "one thumbs up". I'm guessing that's competition trying to wreck their rep. At any rate, whenever we run into computer issues, we call. No complaints other than, in my opinion, they need to hire more folks - they are always in demand!
