Rude and condescending by Jennifer - 06/01/2009One star is too many for this place. After taking my fax machine in for warranty work, Bob told me that I had a bad toner and needed to change it. He didn't even look at the machine before calling me. After I told him (for the second time) that I had already done that, he looked at it and told me he needed to order parts. After being without my fax for 2 week, it took me three calls before someone called me back to let me know it was finished. Then when I picked it up, they didn't give me back my power cord and offered to ship it to me at my cost.
