At Gazpacho, we use only the finest ingredients available. Enjoy traditional northern New Mexican cooking featuring hot red and green chile grown for Gazpacho in Hatch New Mexico. We cook with cholesterol free canola and olive oil. Specialties include, carne adovada, tamales, chile rellenos, stuffed sopapillas. We also have large vegetarian selection. with over 30 brands of tequila we have the largest tequila section in the the area. Stop by and enjoy an aged tequila margarita.
