Regarding stolen items. We contacted the customer who said that we stole their owners manual, only to find out that it had fallen behind her glove box. Thank you for your input but we do not allow anyone to touch customers belongings unless it is to retrieve the wheel lock or spare tire key. In short, your vehicle is safe with us for any maintenance or repair with us. We have won Ford Motor Company's coveted Presidents Award 5 of the last 6 years for customer satisfaction. We are not perfect, but in the instances where we have issues we make it right and take care of our customers.
Lies, lies and more lies then another lie to cover up those lies.

I was greeted very friendly and was taken care of right away, Chris always contacted me with updates. Then it was lie after lie and then another lie to cover up that lie. Chris told me the repairs should take 3 days and it ended up taking 10. By Wed of not being done I called and tried to get a hold of Matt (manager) because Chris was out to lunch. Called and Doreece (the receptionist) informed me that Matt was in a meeting so "BUMMER" and hung up on me. Finally got a hold of Matt told me the car was finishing up with the tinting that he would have it detailed Friday morning and delivered to me, I ended up going up to Gaudin Ford around noon, car was not done, windows were tinted but the repair was not finished. I waited over an hour for that to be completed, then was given a very dirty car not detailed nor cleaned at all. I was told I would get a discount on the tinted windows for the trouble. I asked Matt the manager about that and he said that they didn't have my "tint" in so he upg

TOOK IN MY VEHICLE FOR A OIL LEAK ISSUE. THEY LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE AND CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE WARRANTY DIDNT COVER OIL LEAKS PROBLEMS . THAT MY WARRANTY COVERED MY ENGINE BUT NOT THE OIL LEAK COMING FROM MY ENGINE,.THEY WANTED MY TO PAY 7K FOR REPAIRS THAT MY EXTENDED WARRANTY DIDNT COVER... ARE YOU SERIOUS..!!!!!I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A DIFFRENT DEALER . THEY FOUND THE SAME PROBLEM WITH IT , THEY CONTACTED MY AND SAID THAT THEY WHERE GOING TO CONTACT "FORD " TO SEE IF THEY APPROVED THE REPAIRS. AFTER A DAY THEY CALLED ME BACK AND THEY SAID " FORD" APPROVED THE REPAIRS... I DONT KNOW WHY GAUDIN FORD COULDNT DO THAT?NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!

sure!!!!!! the samething happend to me.!! THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN ITEM BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT COMES IN WITH EACH CAR. BUT THEN AGAIN YOU DO HAVE A SECURITY GUARD IN THE REAR WHERE YOU HAVE ALL THE CARS IN FOR SERVICE??WOW . SO WHO WOULD TAKE THE ITEMS???
Gaudin just a bunch of Lies and Poor Service

Took my car to Gaudin with an appointment for my engine light being on. Told on arrival, that maybe they could not see it that day. I was very angry as I took the day off of work and thought appointment meant something. Next day was called and told they were behind, what a joke. Finaly got the car in the shop and was quoted a crazy price and then pushed to buy all kind s of extra services which is just a bunch of junk.Told them to stop everything and came and got my car. Asked to see the manager and he was very rude with me.Took my car to another Ford dealer in town and was repaired the same day with no games. Never take my car to Gaudin again.

We purchased our 2007 Ford Exp EL at Gaudin. In the summer of this year, we had a couple of things go wrong with the vehicle. Thanking the Lord for the extended warranty! To say the least, we were met with nothing but excellent service at Gaudin. [As customers, we must remember that customer service goes two ways.] The repairs were made, and for the time that our vehicle was in the shop, we had a rental car made available to us. Our Service Advisor, E. Curtis, also took care to call us every single day that he was working, in order to give us an update -- even if there were no changes. The repair took a bit longer than anyone had anticipated, b/c parts had to be ordered once diagnoses were made. When we picked up our vehicle, it had been washed and detailed for us. This might just be a routine thing, but routine or not, it meant a lot to us. Gaudin's Service Dept also does our oil changes and other maintenance work -- again, nothing but excellent customer service and work performance.
