Gator Clean is a must hire!! They were able to fit me in quickly and did a great job for a very fair price. I own rental property and my previous tenant left the carpets trashed. They also had a dog that apparently never went outside. They made the carpet look and smell brand new. I have used other companies and never had these results before. I strongly recommend them!! :)

I had my air ducts cleaned and am very satisfied. They were nice in pointing out some cleaners that were near the air handler that were a hazard.

We recently had our carpets, furniture and tile cleaned and gator clean did an absolutely amazing job. My carpets look brand new, they smell great, my tile looks amazing and the furniture dried in two hours!! i could sit on it that night, it wasnt soaked. Same goes for the carpet totally dry in 1 hour, amazing. We will defiantely be using gator clean again in the future.

I had some renters who really made a mess of things. They left spots everywhere and brought a dog unbeknownst to me that peed everywhere!!! I did not know what to do. Luckily my neighbor knew just who to call. They had problems training their puppy and said just call Chris at Gator Clean. I am so grateful I did. Carpet is now smelling fresh and no more spots.

I was going to throw this rug out but decided to clean it 1 more time. That was 5 years ago and it still looks amazing thanks to gator clean. I love how quick it dries no more waiting for days for it to dry.

I cannot tell you the last time I was happy about having my carpets cleaned. They were always wet forever and just got dirty again. Not this time they were almost dry when they left and I waited to post this review like Chris asked for 2 weeks. Every time I got my carpets cleaned spots came back in 2 weeks not this time. They look just as clean today as they were 2 weeks ago. Thank you Chris you were very knowledgable and I will be calling you to clean my carpets from now on.

the best carpet cleaning ive ever had. they smell good, they dried quickly, gator clean in very honest, and best of all no steam cleaner can compare to them, ill never call anyone else ever again.

The service was excellant. My carpets are cleaner than they have been from any steam cleaner I've had in the past. The carpets dried much faster and my home smelled wonderful. I will definately recommend and use this service in the future.

One of the best carpet cleanings ive ever had, dries in 1 hr and not several days i will never go back to stanley steamer, their prices change once they get to the door anyway, with gator clean they give a quote over the phone based on the info you give them and stick to it. Absolutely the best.
