Our main focus is residential work for the home owner, apartments and investment properties including light commercial. No industrial properties.
Scope of business is cooling, heating and water heaters. General service, start ups and switch overs from and/to cooling and heating. Safety checks, carbon monoxide tests, repairs, replacements out of need or upgrading to higher efficiency or different style of system to newer style of evaporative coolers, conversions to refrigeration or combination units, floor or water heaters to more comfortable and efficient forced air systems.
Have a problem with newer equipment, but can't find the original installer or they are out of business? We're here to help you. Parts or units carry the manufacturer's warranty, we can't cover someone else's labor warranty, but our rates are amongst the lowest in town for licensed, knowledgeable technical service.
I am, as the owner and a working technician, determined to give my best to you, as are my employees. We pride ourselves on being on time, job being done correctly and as quickly as possible and no short cuts. We do not work on commission for parts or labor. You will never experience pressure sales to replace system instead of repair or to add expensive frills in equipment or annual service agreements. If you need general service, repairs or replacements just pick up the phone and call us.
Our office staff is even there to help if you just wish to get an idea on costs to replace equipment and not sure if you can afford it. If you then later decide you want to proceed, just call us again for a free in home estimate and we give you a written 30 day proposal. We never pressure you to sign at the moment or the same day. We want you to be comfortable in your choice of brands of equipment, the company you choose and whether you are going to be happy and satisfied with your decisions.
