Horrible Attitude And Customer Service

This rating of one star is to high, it should be zero stars in my opinion! I am a paying customer of Gary's Collision and in one incident alone both of the owners said straight up that I was wasting their time and that I was a pain in the a## when i was asking for itemized charges of his bill. Thatâs right, foul language to a paying customer! I did not feel that this was unreasonable. This sounds strange but i was stunned too. You would think that a person would be happy to get paid for their work but he became irate with a huff and puff attitude. In this day and age of our economy customer service is very important , Gary is the owner and even hung up on me before the call was finished. I know people have bad days but i have heard from friends that he and his wife (the owners) treat a lot of customers like this. I recommend that you stay clear of this business and go to someone that appreciates you and that will thank you for coming to them.
