It's sad to see such negative reviews posted here. I had nothing but the best service. I called several other people and they were all too high. I actually called another place that never showed up. When I called Garage Works they came out the same day I called them. It took them 20 minutes and that's it! I will continue to use this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.

WONDERFUL SERVICE by what1 - 05/15/2008
Garage works came out to replace an opener on my home. The cost was lower than than the other compeitors. The technician was extremely polite and answered all my questions with knowledge. I would reccomend this company and will use them again in the future. They arrived on time and the job was completed in a timely manner.

I had them repair my garage door which had come off the track and two weeks later one of the rollers came off. They came out to estimate the repair and the "gentleman" did not introduce himself. He asked to see the garage door and two minutes later told me the problem and that it would be $10 dollars for the roller and another $79 service fee. I asked if it was related to the earlier repair and he said "I won't say that, the boss is the only one who could say that". He was belligerent and rude and when i told he I would be posting a comment his was reply was, "Over this?" I left a message with the owner to see if we could come to an agreement, but he never returned my call. I would never call this outfit again and you would be wise to do the same. By the way, we repaired it ourselves with the help of Home Depot for about $4!

I called to cancel because his rate was much higher than a competitor. He called me a "dumb a$$" and hung up on me. I would never have somone over to my home to fix my garage door with such a short temper and lack of professionalism as this guy. Don't waste your time.
