I love going to this store. Everyone seems to be friendly and personable. They actually did something for me that no other store has ever done and actually printed off a copy of upcoming games in future months and put the copy into my bag before I left. Even though it is a big store, I was still greeted at the door and asked what if anything they could help me with. They thanked me for my visit and even suggested other games for the genre that I was playing that I wasn't aware of. Just a great experience all around.
