My Husband and I want to thank everyone so much for the great experience. We couldn't have asked to work with nicer people! Everyone worked so hard and the Installers were so personable and left our house with gorgeous counters and a clean house!!

My husband and I were going to have Home Depot install our counter tops and backsplash/window casing for our new kitchen but they told us they couln't supply the 2 cm material we wanted for part of the job. Ceasar at Galaxy told us "NO problem!" They could give us just what we wanted. Two months later, when the project was due to start, they had messed up the order for the slabs that were coming from Seattle. No one at Galaxy followed up to find out what the problem was. I had to call Seattle 4 times to finally get the material delivered to Galaxy. Then, after measuring my counter top with a laser, they returned a week later with the counter top cut incorrectly. They did templetes for the back splash and left with the incorrect counter top. A few hours later, Galaxy calls to tell me that , although my counter was suppose to be all one piece, now it will have to be two pieces because of their mistake on the first slab. I had to close down my business for the afternoon and drive to their factory to get them to take responsibility and recut another slab. When they returned a week later with the new counter top, the backsplash pieces were so far our of true that they had to take them back to the factory and recut them again. Four days later, they return with the recut pieces. One of them still isn't right and the window shelf has 1/4" gaps at each end which they try to hide with caulking. Get this! They bill me for the install a full week before the first messed up counter top arrives then call me to find out why I haven't paid the bill! Three weeks after they install the last ( incorrect ) pieces, they call me again about the install bill. I explain the series of events and send them an e-mail about the multiple screw ups and ask them to evaluate their performance and contact me about the invoice. A week later, I have still heard nothing back. If you use these people, be prepared to solve any problems that come up yourself and be prepared for multiple delays and screw ups. If this was my business and something like this happened, I as the owner would be calling the customer and expressing extream appologies for the embarrassing work done , not to mention discounting the bill. Appearently this is acceptable workmanship at Galaxy Stone works.
