I wrote the "BUYER BEWARE" review below. To follow up, Terry contacted me two days afterwards and told me he wanted to get my hitch squared away. I went in and we cam to an agreement where he refunded me a portion of the install so that I could purchase a hitch that would work elsewhere.

Horrible Customer Service. Took my brand new 2 day old truck in to get a fifth wheel hitch installed after talking to Terry and getting a quote over the phone. Dropped truck off and when I came back to pick it up, I noticed that he had welded custom brackets for the rails to my brand new truck! He did not ask me before welding to my frame, and I was under the assumption that he was using a bracket kit that simply bolts on the frame. To add insult to injury, the rails were 10 inches behind the axle! Now I have a brand new truck with a voided warranty and a fifth wheel hitch that when I hook it up, I can't even close my tailgate. I asked him to redo it correctly and he cursed me up and down and told me it would be an additional $300. BUYER BEWARE!

They installed a hitch on the back of my fifth wheel. They were able to get me in the same day and even had it done by early afternoon. They did a great job and clean install looks very professional. I would go back to them for any welding projects that I have in the future.

There add lies, (We take pride in offering personalized service) after three attempts to fabricate me a simple bracket, they ended up taking it off. Would not do what I wanted and would not even talk about it. It's Terry's way or no way. I will not ever use them again.

Went in some time ago, Had been searching all over town for a hitch for my foriegn SUV, everyone would have had to order it in $$$ Man at Sam Evans told me to try GT Welding, They custom fabricated one from scratch, and had it installed in just a bit over two hours and a alot cheaper than any of the quotes, I had been given. Being of a somewhat suspicious nature, I waited for over a year of use of the hitch BEFORE writing this review. Never one problem and does everything I need it for, cannot ask for better than that

I came in with my Class C motorhome wanting a universal hitch installed. Came out with a custom hitch all fabricated from raw steel that they stock (lots) for a little more that what I expected to cost for installation of my old used hitch. Quite happy with the workmanship and the price was very reasonable.
