The crook and dishonest swindler that pretends to run this company goes by the name of Carlos. After job was done this person received payment and told me that he would be mailing me a receipt within a week for the cost of permit, hall away and roof replacement. Three weeks went by and I called him five separate times and did not get one return call back. Receipt was needed for insurance adjuster to provide me with reimbursement checks replacement cost difference. Heavy rain came three weeks later and roof started leaking where it had never leaked before it had been replaced. I tried to call them to claim on workmanship warranty and once again received no return phone calls whatsoever. He is guilty of theft by job abandonment by not completing the job by replacing portions of the flashing that was damaged and covered in insurance claim. He is responsible for theft of goods and services by not providing the five-year workmanship warranty as he had stated during initial estimate process. This person is a dishonest jerk. Once you have paid him you will never be able to get in touch with him again unless you sue him. If you have any problems with your roof you will not be able to have it repaired under warranty by him unless you win a civil suit in court. He is not to be trusted and anyone who does business will be dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and workmanship which is zero. You will never hear from him again and you will not be able to get in touch with him if you should need warranty work or have any questions or concerns. In other words once he's paid you are on your own. He says that his work is warranted for five-year but it is not. He will simply disappear and you will not be able to get in touch with him unless it is in court! I would give him zero stars if I could. I am going to replace the flashing myself because I am retired and don't want to waste my time on a piece of crap like him and his company. He didn't do it right the first time and so I have no reason to believe he would repair it correctly even if he did respond. Once again he does not return phone calls once he has your money and has cashed your check! By replacing the roof he got rid of two old leaks and left me with a new one! Mortgage company has been informed and most likely will get involved. Yours truly, very unhappy consumer

Dont use this company! They showed me Owens Corning shingles but put on a different brand. The job is not yet finished, They were to roof the patio and my shed with the same shingles. Well they ended up using a different shingle on my patio area that does not match the house. (unable to get the matching shingles they said) The shed after 3 years is still not been done.
