NEVER AGAIN by zuzu - 12/04/2008We bought a couch and love seat here in Aug. when we got it, it was broke so we called next morning they sent someone out a few days latter. He couldn't fix it. He said it needed all new under parts. We called and asked for our money back and we where told they couldn't do that they needed to repair. They came back to our house 1 month later with more parts. Again couldn't fix it he had to take it back to shop. Again we asked for our money back and again oh they would fix it better then new. We waited a few weeks and never heard back we called many times. About month later and we where told they had ordered parts.
We then said we where done and just wanted our money back...3 months later from purchase we have been told we will get our money back.
We will never shop here or let any of our family shop here again! If you could rate in the 0-
that is what I would rate.
