I'm so angry I can't even write a proper review Three months to receive a part another two weeks trying to get said part repaired after damaged in shipping ... 1st attempt found rail loose at bottom said they would fix issue ... brought said cabinet home found more damage . Returned unit was told they could've replaced it had I not stained it would take another week to fix ...at this point I've borrowed 2 friends vehicles for delivery ask for delivery for free after finished told that it wouldn't be convenient to them ... spoke with owner couldnt even see my issues ... no customer service all folks involved just haven't a clue ... will never go back to this place

Where to start? The customer service is lackluster at best. The staff is less than competent and I wouldn't trust anything they promise in terms of quality of their product, their ability to "color match", or their ability to stick with a time line for production. I had to contact them repeatedly to get any feedback on the progress of my order. After I was told that they could "color match anything" they failed to even get close to the sample color that I provided. Of course, when I called at one point to see how much longer it would be until the piece was finished, they told me that they were waiting for me to bring in my color sample, which I had actually dropped off more than two weeks prior. Who knows how much longer it would have been if I had not called?! This is just one example of how poorly the staff seem to communicate with one another! In the end, I paid way to much for the quality of what I received. If you can find your piece somewhere else, get it there instead.

I purchased a set of office furniture 4 year ago in December 2005. It included a desk, a book shelf and a swivel chair for $1000.15. They are located on a wooden floor and get very light use. A few months ago, ball bearings from the castors started spilling out on the floor. I called the store and spoke with the owner. He was extremely rude and reluctant to find the record of my purchase. I brought it in today for them to look at. They said they were not a repair shop and basically refused to back the quality of their product. They were going to charge me for labor and parts that had prematurely failed. I reminded them of their claim to quality in their ad which they vehemently denied. A one year warranty is all they give. I will not go back to them.

In selecting furniture for our B&B, we found their suggestions and quality of pieces to be perfect. They finished our choices to the exact color hue we needed. And when I needed a buffet to fit a difficult location, they built it from scratch. We then ordered more pieces for our personal needs and now I need to add more rooms and will once again depend on them to provide the right product.
