Horrible business by
I walked in to order a part for my Yamaha. The Punk in the parts department with all the horrible tattoos would not even order the part for me. He told me to go to tri-city down the street or Plaza cycle. What a waist of time going in there. They are suppose to sell Yamaha parts. The whole time this punk had a bad attitude and complained about the bad economy is why they don't sell much Yamaha stuff.>> DON'T GO IN HERE.!! They just need to go out of business and leave this city
Incompetent Service Dept. by

I brought my Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Classic in to get a charging system fixed. I checked the bike in with Steve and he seemed nice when I checked it in. Steve claimed that there mechanic didnt see anything wrong with my charging system but that my driving lights were wired in all messed up. So he claimed to fix it. When I came to pick up my bike, they charged me $200 and I heard him start my bike and the biked had trouble starting due to weak battery (clue #1). Then he brought my bike out and the headlights or driving lights were never wired in. He then apologizes and tells me the mechanic no longer works here. So I told him to fix it and left the bike with them. About an hour later I decided to pick up the bike because they said it would be another $100 dollars to fix what they claimed was fixed int the first place. I wasnt going to pay another $100. So I took my bike to another Kawasaki dealer in south of the valley. They had it for 2 hrs and said that my charging system definately had a problem, The stators were weak and that when the bike was idleing, it was draining my battery and when I was at 3000rpm, the battery was barely breaking even. I will never step foot into Full Throttle again and will tell all my friends to never come here.
Bad service dept by
I had a bad experience with the service dept. They fixed my snowmobile under warranty and then told me if that didn't fix it to not come back. I had gone here for many years and couldn't believe it. I will never walk in there again.
