No stars. Jerry will sell your meat and short change you on your hanging weights. He will let it hang up to 8 weeks. If you ask him about anything he will get mad and walk off. Then threaten you about not giving you the meat.

Avoid at all cost!! Terrible customer service!!! Bully of a Butcher... Apparently when Morris Frozen Food Locker processes a beef it is very important to communicate with them that you would like to have ALL the beef you paid for, and they can't keep your beef to stock their meat case. When the so called butcher was asked "where is our beef liver?" He replied, "I didn't know you wanted it." Really!?! Of course we wanted it we paid for it. And don't you dare question this man, he will jump down you throat, won't let you get a word in and then refuse to take your calls. We have been getting the same size cow give or take a few pounds for years. Picked up half the product we usually get from this clown, he is definitely a crook!!!
