Communication- There is nothing more frustrating as an owner than to receive a statement with unknown maintenance costs, unpaid rent that the owner didn't hear about ahead of time or not having a phone call or email returned within 24 hrs. Our communication with our clients is a major point of emphasis at Froerer Real Estate Inc.

Hidden Fees- We have no hidden fees, actually we don't really have any fees. You get paid our percentage for renting out your property and maintaining it. NO SETUP FEES, NO TENANT LEASING FEES, and FREE ADVERTISING. If you are paying hundreds of dollars every time a tenant moves in or out for them signing a lease and for additional advertising what is the incentive for your management company to keep it rented out?

Advertising- Our property marketing is our bread and butter, if someone is looking for a property in your area, they will see your property in our ads. We advertise all over the internet, not just free listing sites like most companies, we have a very visible sign in the yard, we advertise at Hill Air Force Base, etc. If someone is looking for a property similar to yours they will see your property. We also have found that it is impossible for us to give you good market information if we aren't marketing it to the fullest.
