I would not recommend Frieda Ross DRaperies to anyone. While their products are nice (or at least the several sets of drapes I purchased), the woman who owns the business Sue was a horrible person to deal with. Her daughter was very nice and helpful but Sue (the Mother) was extremely rude and very unpleasant. She actually told one customer while I was in the store to never come back. And that customer was just trying to return a defective product. That customer was a very nice genteman who you could tell was agast by this woman's behavior. Sue also sat ther and belittled her daughter ablut personal things in front of all of the customers that were in the store that day.I HAD been a huge fan of this company when the Grandmother (Frieda Ross) was alive. I don't know how they stay in business when they treat paying customers the way they do. Especially in this day and age. Unless you want to be totally humilated stay away from that store. There are lots of other drapery and fabric stores

My wife and I bought an existing home that had custom blinds that had external valances with returns on all but three of the windows. We figured we would get matching ones and contacted Frieda Ross Draperies to help. We needed three sets and took one of the existing blinds and valances in with us when we ordered from Dana. They told us $500 and it would be about two weeks. Two weeks later we get the blinds and they forgot to order one set, oh now its going to be another $200. Oh, and they didn't order the correct valances. Another girl is there and won't take the order for us she says we have to wait four days until Dana comes back and deal with her. My wife calls for Dana four days later and is told the owner, Susan will be handling our problem. She tells us they already placed the order for the missing set, oh no they ordered the wrong size. Now the company who makes them is going out of business and they may not have enough material left to make the size we actually need.

Wow I had a great experience with Frieda Ross and Sue,they truly know what they are doing and i would highly recommendthem. They sold me an 8 dollar accessories for a rod pull where other stores were quoting me over $100 for the pull and to sew it in.They should be a trick of the trade that saved me a lot of money,and gave me the accessory to do it with for free. They are honest peopleand make everything locally in their own showroom. Worth the visit! i was also impressed with their selection of fabric
