Disgusting company! They will not call us back and tell us anything. They have our Bosch drier and are basically holding it hostage. They've had it for a week and a half and we have no clue what is going on! My husband has gone over there and it's always closed and I can't even tell you how many times we have called. I've called Bosch to let them know what is going on and the company that they sent us to is horrible. They are starting a file on them and filing a complaint. Do not use this company. They could care less about customer service or fixing anything.

We had a microwave to be fixed though our warranty. the guy was here three times and couldn't fix it. they lied about not having the part many times. unprofessional and left a mess in my kitchen!! Beware! thankfully our warranty company stepped in and bought us a new one! Beware of 'andy'. He is horrible!

Simple, perfect, and efficient service. Unlike the warranty company that sold me the useless warranty, Friday appliance told me the situation I was in, and still repaired my refrigerator, after helping me understand what they could and could not do under my warranty. They are just awesome. Thank you Friday appliance service!
No Mess Repair

They have it down to a "T" with their work. Polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Worked on my dishwasher, brought their own cleanup cloths and even wiped down the work area when they were finished! I am a mother of 4 and run my own business, so my time is limited for things like cleaning up another mess, I was so pleased. TGIF is the way to go!

I have been in the tech field myself for about 25 years, and granted what I do is a little more clean and less customer interaction, But I have never seen and been so pleased with anyones work like I have with Friday Appliance Service. They get right to the point, no hassle, and will explain thoroughly what is actually going on. I had a Maytag refrigerator under warranty, and Ted needed to order the parts, however the parts shipment was on back order for a few weeks, its not Teds or Friday Appliance fault that the manufacturer doesn't care about the custome, because it was all worth it. Repaired, working great, and perfectly pleased with their work. Definately will use them again. P.S. Its not their fault that any manufacturer makes shoddy appliances these days, and its not their fault you don't know how to use an appliance the way it was intended, you called them to fix YOUR issue :)

We had them repair our Maytag oven and LESS than eight months later it had the very same problem. I spoke with Ted (owner and the actual repairman). He acknowledged the repair should have lasted "about six years". He was unwilling to stand behind this failure or to make any allowance at all. He simply wanted to do the same thing again...and charge me full price all over again. Too bad...so sad. His whole attitude was irresponsible and indifference for the customer. I will tell everyone I know to avoid these people. You;ve been warned.

C'mon,I was there the day of the service described and none of this happened.The "lady" of the house was obviously upset about something before we arrived and was determined to share the joy wih everyone in the immediate vicinity.While the padded cloth was under the work area she moved the dishwasher off the area and caused a leak with her rough handling of the work .REALLY-she should be ashamed of trying to smear the name and reputation of such an outstanding company and a diligent and considerate employee.

Ted came to fix dishwasher. Brought no towels, tarps, etc. Put metal tool case and tools on wood floor. Took dishwasher apart and put on wood floor. Turned dishwasher on its side and leaked water on wood floor and he never cleaned it up. Started to damage wood floor until I came in and cleaned it up and then stayed there to continue to clean up further water issues. Called dishwasher a "unbelievable piece of crap". Called company to complain and never got through to the owner because whomever called me back ended up hanging up on me. Company personnel definitely need remedial training and Ted needs to bring appropriate towels, tarps, etc. and actually use them.
