We first asked Walter to give us an estimate on painting our house, almost 20 and still had the original paint and it was in bad shape. Walter gave us an estimate, and what he would do and when he would start. He showed up on time, did the job he said he would do and even came in under estimate. Can't say that will happen every time, but we were glad to save some money. Couple year later, had him waterproof our fence with the same great results. If Walter says he will do it, that's what he will do. We will only call him for painting

I met Walter in the summer of 2010 after I had purchased a house that was in need of repairs. I must have called a dozen painters our of the phonebook and none returned my call. I gave up, decided to do the work myself and went to C&S paints to get the materials. Walter happened to be at the counter that day and struck up a casual conversation when I explained my story. He asked if I wanted his assistance, I accepted and he followed me back to the house. After a quick walkthrough, he gave me the estimate, we shook hands and he started the next morning. Since then, he has completed a few jobs for me. Most recently (Oct 2012) he repainted the interior of my rental property and repaired some minor damage to the walls and water damaged ceiling. The place looks good as new and it only took two weeks for me to find a new tenant. Walter is always just a phone call away and completely trustworthy. I know I can have him come by, look at the job and then give him a key to the place and know that in a few days everything will be done.

I needed the interior of a home repainted. I had met Wally through a friend who was pleased with his work. Wally came in a offered a competitive price, he met my time line and when he left everything was spotless. I was so happy with the work I recommended him to a friend. Thanks Wally!

I Was in need of a Painter to come and paint the house my family and I were renting, I need a good, expeident, clean and cost effective painter. I was so pleased when I found Wally. He came in and looked over the home, assesed the job and than began the task of making our home look clean and fresh. The fact that he was able to complete the rooms, trim, hall and stairsin one day was amazing. We have hardwood floors, and had to move some couches and chairs for him, BUT then all we had to do was return and enjoy the swift, quality job that Fresh Coat provided for our home.We will be moving again soon to Beaufort and will be contacetinhim to again perform the quality he is well known for. Have used in the past with good luck. The owner let his son take over and it was a flop.So recently found out owner took back business only to discover prices were considerably higher, wait time for work was a month or more and if he doesn't do the prep work he'll find an excuse not to do the job when promised. plenty of good painters in the area who want work and will do a decent job.
