JOAN NOT HAPPY WITH STATE LAW
by Fred Brown , 11/07/2014
The only person that is allowed to get into a WSP impounded vehicle is the registered or legal owner. In this case her son did not give her permission to do so. As far as insurance, Joan not being able to access a car she does not own does not slow this process down. Joan is upset not to get her way. If Fred's towing let her access car without registered owners permission they would be in violation of RCW 46.55.120. Read the law and understand before you write a review that is without merit. Worst tow company I have ever dealt with. If you ever are in a wreck and need a tow make sure you let the sheriff know to call any tow company but Fred's. They do anything possible to make it difficult to get into your son or daughters car. The reason they do this is so they can bill your insurance company for more days. It is legal theft. They will tell you it is state patrol proto call however it is not it is Fred's policies. Fred and his wife Kathy think they know everything, however they are both crooks! Just doing it legally. You wonder why insurance rates are so high. Because of businesses like this.
