Frechette Associates understands that the competing demands of personal, family and work life mean that there is not one legal solution for everyone. For this reason Rod and Michelle Frechette have developed a law firm which combines New Mexico attorneys who have different strengths in criminal defense. One hundred percent of our firm caseload is misdemeanor and felony criminal defense.

Many of our cases are driving while intoxicated (DWI or DUI) and drug cases. Our law firm’s criminal cases also include federal court, appeals and juvenile defense cases.
