I chose Frantz to fix a problem with our Fisher & Paykel washing machine because even the receptionist on the phone had an idea what the problem might be. It turns out that she was correct (a clogged valve and hose). The men even showed me how to fix it myself should it happen again, and gave me some tips for preventing reoccurrance. The team came within the timeframe specified, and called when they were on the way as I asked so I didn't have to take unnecessary time away from work (I fortunately work close to home). And, the cost was very reasonable. I consider it money well spent for the lesson and a job well done.

This company installed my sump pump after my old one broke. It started acting up 2 months later. I called for service and the plumbers came to inspect the pump. Took them 2 hours to find out that it is not the pump. They want to charge me for the labor and for fixing a valve. I told them I am not going to pay out of pocket. I told them I will call my home warranty to have the repairs done. They told me they will dismantled everything and my basement will flood. They left and did not reconnect my sump pump and pipes back. When I called the home warranty company, they will not cover equipment not in proper working condition. In fact, the plumber cut off another pipe for no particular reason. And the customer service rep called and started yelling on the phone at the top of her lungs. She was acting like a maniac. They were very unprofessional. They called 2 days later after I complained to the home warranty company and said they will finish the repair for me. I will not use them anymore!
