I had a mouth guard made there upon the request of Dr Wilden. Thank you Thank you THANK YOU! That sleep apnea mask just didn't work at night! Dr Wilden at Franklinton Dental Group recommended the mouth guard and now I sleep much better! He stated he made almost a hundred mouth guards for people in my situation and for those who snore.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I tried the oxygen mask for 2 weeks. It was horrible! I mentioned it to Dr. Wilden and he said to try the mouth guard. I had it fitted and use it every night. I sleep much better. I don't wake up 15 times an hour - that the sleep apnea caught during the study and I am more awake / less tired during the day. It also applies to people who snore .... I have been waiting for an hour already. This is my second visit in 2 days. I came in on Thursday and did not get called back til 10.15, and sat in a chair for 30 min. At 10.45 they did the xray. I told them I need to reschedule because I need to go to go to work. My appt was rescheduled for Monday at 9.00 am, it is now 10.15 am and I still have not been waited on. They called me back at 9.45 am and had me sit in the chair and I still have not been waited on. I am about to get up and walk out and go to another dentist.

purchased a groupon for dental exam/x-rays/cleaning and was completely disappointed in service. The dentist who examined me only did a 1-2 minute review. Afterwards I requested my records be sent to another dentist. Office manager stated she would do so. They were never sent. I called back and requested they be ready for my pick up in person. Two days later - records had not been copied - causing me to wait 30 minutes. After the other dentist looked over the X-rays - the copy was so bad - that it necessitated having another x-ray needed. A total joke in terms of professionalism, competency, follow through and service. Do not trust your dental care with this office.

Franklinton Dental Group failed to book my appointment on two different occasions. Both times I called the day of to make sure my boyfriend and I were scheduled, and both times the receptionist told me there was no record of me making appointments. They write everything by hand - there is no computer system. When I finally got our appointments booked correctly, we waited two hours to be called. The waiting room was overflowing with patients. Half of them were standing in the middle of the room, and others were waiting outside. It was complete chaos. We continued to wait past the two hours once we were taken to the examination room. The dental hygienist took two minutes on my cleaning, as well as my boyfriend's. He roughly dragged a metal tool around my gumline, while I had to hold a tool for him. He then quickly ran the toothpaste over my teeth and skipped the floss. He sprayed water all over my face more than once and jokingly said, "The bath is free!" It was not funny. I brush my teeth at home better than this so-called professional cleaning. I expressed my concern to the dentist who examined me, but he did not seem to think there was any problem. The handles on the drawers were coated with a white dried substance. My boyfriend and I have never received such poor dental service in our lives. Franklinton Dental does not care about their patients. They should not be allowed to service the community.
