best place to go

by arjb , 10/24/2014

The first time going there I was just used to more of a primary care setting not urgent care so I felt uncomfortable until I saw onw of the doctors.. Or physician assistants or whatever they were and they are the ONLY place I go to now to seek the care I need.

great service as always!!! super nice and quick

Amazing workers My nurse was a native guy who was so awesome he took care of me beter than the hilton. from the moment I walked in he made sure i was taken care of.and the doctor was great. franklin park is where I will go! forget the haters they are just crabby cause they possbly did not get drugs.

Better than Expected!

by Stacy , 01/06/2013

I read a lot of bad reviews about this place. I decided to go here anyway because it was the cheapest option. I went in with strep throat. The wait time was a little long, especially when I had my 2 boys. This place isn't the nicest but the doctor and nurse that I saw were very knowledgeable. I ended up having strep throat and a double ear infection. They wrote a prescription for me. Something that I wanted to say about the other reviews is that this place isn't the nicest and the doctors aren't going to spend the same amount of time on you as your regular doctor but you will save money by going there instead of the ER. I will go back again if I need too. I would recommend giving them a try if you need care and it's not too serious.

Great doctors!!!!

I have had great care there and i hope i don't go back to soon!

dissatisfied, was refused treatment

by dreamyanaise , 05/08/2012

My husband took my daughter to be treated for an injury to her hand on 5/5/12. She was in a lot of pain (no open wounds), but was refused service because the attending physician only treated kids 13 and up. How is this allowed? How is this any way to guarentee quality care. It is outragous and makes me wonder about what kind of doc has that policy and a conmpany that will have him as their only option on a weekend.

Not my best experiance

by Jon in Spokane , 10/18/2011

Service was quick. But i believe the care was very inadequate. I suffered an injury to my upper left ribs. I was in an emmense amount of pain and could not take full breaths because of it. I have had injured ribs in the past and didnt suspect broken bones but wanted some xrays to be sure. The MA came in and took vitals including oxygen levels and noted that it was low. When the DR. came in he did the standard pokes and prods and stated that he thought i was fine. I said i would like an XRay anyway. XRays came back clean and the Dr. told me that it would take awhile to heal and to get rest, and out the door i was sent. After i got home i discovered a quick internet search reveled that anti inflammatorys should have been prescribed. The risk of pnuemonia should have been discussed with not being able to take full breaths. A compression wrap should have been done and in most cases light pain medication is prescribed. I feel the care i received was incompetant and never plan to return.
