Dave Franklin, Owner of Franklin Electric, has over 40 years experience in the electrical field. Dating all the way back to when Dave was a teenager and working for Newell’s Electric, his father’s company. After working many years for other electrical contractors, Dave decided to open his own business. Franklin Electric, Inc & HVAC has been in business for over 15 years. Franklin Electric services both residential and commercial projects, from service upgrades to installations to new construction and remodels.

We are a member of both the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce and the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. We have been a member of the Better Business Bureau for over 10 years and are a recipient of the 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Gold Star Award.

We have worked with and continue to work with many custom builders, remodelers and commercial construction companies.
