I'm reluctant to trust car salesmen but felt very comfortable with this dealership. They helped me find what I was looking for and they were upfront about everything... I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of. They actually were helpful with some buying and financing tips as well. And professional and courteous. I was compelled to write this because it was such a pleasant experience (on top of being happy with my car)

Bought a truck from Kevin at Frankfort Autohaus. Great guy to deal with. Price was fair and that place always has a great selection of sports cars, trucks and some exotics. Will do business again with them. A+ rating!

Highly recommend this dealership. They have been in business for over 30 years and sell great cars. I bought a 350z convertible from Kevin the owner and my airbag light came on a little while after and he went above and beyond to repair it for me. They are straight shooters!

This dealership has been one of the small business cornerstones in Frankfort for as long as I can remember. You will get a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price. They always have a wide variety of choices from trucks to sports cars and even classics.

The team at Auto Haus is some of the best in the business. I have purchased several vehicles over the years both for personal and business use and all have proven to be just as reliable as if they were purchased at a large dealership. I personally like the often one of a kind selection of vehicles this dealer has in stock. I challenge you to find another unique small dealer with a larger variety of heavy duty pickup trucks to classic and exotic sports cars.

I had a great experience here. Nice laid back atmosphere. Didn't feel pushed into something or pressured. Definitely recommend.

I have been doing business with Frankfort Auto Haus for about twenty five years, all with the current owner. I could not tell you how many vehicles that I have bought from or sold to them. They are a class act to deal with and there has never been an issue of any kind. Would highly recomend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

Bought a really nice, very low mileage '02 Lexus from these guys at a great price. Was treated exceptionally well from the time i walked in till I drove the car away. No one tried to hard sell me, I was offered a slight discount and they just gave me various keys to test drive other cars to compare.The car is an absolute gem. Very impressed!

5-star rating to AutoHaus in Frankfort, Il. We never thought we would endorse a used car salesman. However, our experience with Clay Orbeck was undeniably stellar. We were buying for our daughter who lives in Chicago. We explained that she is a student at the Art Institute and she needed a reliable car. Finding the 2003 Honda Element from a search, I checked the price and found it a very good deal; compared to Kelley Blue Book.etc. The owner told Clay to replace the battery because he wouldn’t want his daughter stranded in the city from a dead battery. Finding the radio code to get music in the vehicle was also a task completed after the sale. Upon driving home we discovered a problem with the driver’s door lock. Clay said, “Bring it back and I’ll make it right.” The lock was repaired and we appreciate you going beyond the point of sale to solve the issue.

In short, our experience with AutoHaus of Frankfort was outstanding. We would recommend it and Clay Orbeck to our family and friends. When I get ready to find a pickup truck again, I’ll be coming back to make a deal with Autohaus.

The salesman was a liar not once but twice and then got stuck with the bill to fix the vehicle the day I picked it up only to find out they removed the spare tire. ... never again

This place is a scam stay away. They promise you things and don't deliver. Never ever will I buy another car/truck here again. Once you sign the papers you are nothing to them. Finance guy rushes through paperwork the "manager" I only wish the owner knew what kind of con artists he has working there. Who knows? Maybe he does and that's the kind of car dealer he wants to run. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I looked and shopped at 5 different dealerships, however Frankfort Auto Haus was the only one that had the best deal. Go see John Ott, he is awesome.

I just bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Frankfort Auto Haus and am so excited! I needed a better more dependable car and John Ott & Nick Durakis really made the experience a wonderful one I will never forget. John did an amazing job on financing and everyone there treated me just like family. Having bought 2 new cars before from other dealers, I can honestly say I was not treated as well as I was here. And the car...its amazing! Its in almost brand new condition, runs great and had very low on miles. Everyone who has seen it, can't believe its a 2002. They all think its a lot newer! Seriously, if you are in the market for a used car, just go here first. You won't be disappointed!
