My existing system failed to work in January 2014, so on the advice of my mother in law, I called Four Seasons. They were prompt to respond and during the call, it was discovered that I needed to replace my system which was very old and pretty much used up. Greg came out and gave me several options for me to review. He was very knowledgable and answered any questions I had and was very thorough in explaining the system components and warranty period. When the field men came to install the system, I was so impressed with how neat and clean they left my home. They covered every place that they worked and even on the outside when they removed the old condenser there was no evidence , that they had even been there. Needless to say I am very pleased with Four Seasons and certainly recommend this company . Believe me this is the company to call!!

We have had several wonderful experiences with Four Seasons and felt it should be shared for the public to know. In the past we have used other ac/heat companies and none of them offered the service that we received from Four Seasons. Their technicians were awesome and they were willing to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend them for any heat/ac needs you may have. I am so happy to have found a company that seems to really care, not just rush on to the next job!

These guys are amazing! Their technicians were very nice and very knowledgeable. We called and they came without delay. We have had a delightful experience with Four Seasons. I have used other companies here on the Crystal Coast and the service was not even close to what these guys offer. I highly recommend them for any cooling/heating needs you may have.

We have been using Four Seasons for years. Their service is always consistently good and their staff is knowledgeable and professional. They replaced an old system in our house this year. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and they delivered beyond our expectations. All of this and the pricing was competitive. They are the only contractor in the area that I will refer to friends and family. Highly recommended!

We had been using another HVAC company in the area but we were tired of the unreliability of the service we were getting. We called Four Seasons and had an exceptional experience from the first conversation. The lady in the office was very nice and prompt in sending out a technician. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed our issue and the pricing was very fair. Great people to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

We bought our home a few years ago and knew there were problems with the air conditioning/heating because of the extra square footage there was added to the home without any change to the ducting or unit. We immediately shopped around and found Four Seasons & Coastal Carolina Heating & Cooling. The initial overview, explanation of what needed to be done, no selling unnecessary products, the pricing, the job itself, and the overall monthly electric bill savings was amazing! We will continue to do business with this company and will refer our friends, as well!

The technician who did the work was competent, but then I received a bill charging me $216 for a thermostat that cost $65 on Amazon (a Honeywell TH5220D1029 Focuspro 5000 Non-Programmable Thermostat). Total rip- off!

Shopped around for replacing an Amana system that was 21 years old and still running. Priced out three Trane Systems--Four Seasons was in the middle of the pack but the sales rep pointed out the unique air handling system that was built like a refrigerator and installed in modules. They worked hard in 90 degree weather to install the system and so far so good.

Have used Four Seasons for years at my beach condo. They serviced my old 10 SEER systems and then replaced the old systems with new 14 SEER systems in 2011. Cost was very competitive with other companies. They have dealt with any issue promptly and fairly. I highly recommend them as competent, honest, and reasonably priced.

this company had one plan to sell me a higher price system even after i told them i had done the reseach on the system.....its all about the money....don't just hate that...I do...never again......greed is a shame....shame on them!!!
