Poor Customer Service by treehugger1 - 09/09/2009I have three forklifts and have hired forklift specialists to do maintenance on them. One of my forklifts had a problem with the starter and they had to come back 3 times to fix the problem with three different technicians. The first two visits the technicians said it was a battery, and then the second tech couldn't figure out the problem. The third tech finally fixed the problem but it was a temporary fix as the starter again went out three months later. I then contacted them to have a tech come back to look at the starter and the owner Cindy Brown called back and said that they would not be interested in looking at the starter unless I was willing to pay for the repair. I asked that the tech that worked on the truck call me and Cindy said she can service whomever she feels like servicing and then hung up the phone. I ended up getting the truck fixed by a regular mechanic for 1/2 the price.
