Provided by YP.comThe owner showed up at 8:00 am instead of the 3:00 pm appointment time. He used my antique chair as a ladder to reach the handle to open the water. When I confronted him, he responded by getting angry, denied he used the antique chair, walked off the job and screamed at me to hire another contractor. He is the owner representing his business in a manner unbecoming... don't hire him. If you hire him, you are at risk of getting shoddy service and paying for damage to your property caused by this business. Buyer be ware!
