The Region’s Newest Nursing Care Center: Forest Manor Health Care Center’s $19 million dollar expansion will make it the region’s newest, state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation care center. At over 54,000 square feet, the new 120 bed facility is four times as spacious as the previous nursing care center.

Forest Manor is located in a beautiful, serene country setting surrounded by Jenny Jump State Forest. Residents and their families can enjoy our beautiful and peaceful location, with the peace of mind of high quality care in a safe, secure and lovely environment.

Unlike many nursing care centers in Warren and Sussex Counties that have rooms with three beds, Forest Manor Health Care Center offers only private and semi-private rooms for the care and comfort of its residents – more privacy and more space.

Forest Manor Health Care Center will offer a new state-of-the-art, 24-bed, Alzheimer’s/memory care wing, designed using the latest scientific and medical principles. There will be a centralized activities and dining area surrounded by a walkway for residents, and a secure outdoor courtyard. All staff are trained and certified to deliver Alzheimer’s and memory care.

Through our affiliation with Prime Rehab, Forest Manor is one of the few nursing care centers that offers physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapy services seven days a week. Plus, our new, fully equipped 2,500 square feet rehab gym, once completed, will be unmatched in Warren and Sussex Counties for a nursing care center.

From offering wireless internet and flat screen TVs in all of our skilled care and rehabilitation rooms to our highly advanced nursing stations that utilize cutting edge technology along with our innovative health care programming, Forest Manor Health Care Center will offer today the skilled nursing care of the future.

In a recent state survey, Forest Manor Health Care Center had one of the lowest turnover rates in New Jersey. In fact, Forest Manor Health Care Center had no turnover in Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and a three times lower turnover rate of Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) than the statewide average.
