I came in to purchase a vacuum cleaner, the guy named Trevor helped me find the one that is right for what i needed. I got a great price along with the great service, I got it home and i love the machine he helped me pick out, i couldn't be happier with my decision. I recommend everyone going there to buy a vacuum.

Fixing my vac by
I had a baby shower and my vacuum broke down right before. I took it in to Foothills vacuum and they fixed it for me as I waited .
Run around on my vacuum by
Dropped off monday May 2nd. They said they would look at it tues or wed. Didn't hear anything so I called Thur May 5th, said they would look at it tomarrow. No call back AGAIN!! Mon May 16th called a second time and was told they still needed to run a diognastics test on it to determine the problem by end of that week. NOTHING STILL!! A third time called them May 31st was told this time the part was $100. They finally called me to say they MIS-QUOTED. Its now $250. I found the same part for $55!!!!!! WHAT CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have patronized Foothills for 13 years for vacuums. A bit pricey -- you can buy parts and accessories elsewhere for less, but the people are super nice and service is outstanding. They almost always fix within 24 hours and have never failed to call me promptly when finished.
Sewing machine sat for 4 months and was never fixed by

Dropped off my sewing machine just before Thanksgiving with a broken foot pedal. Finally after hearing nothing I called them in early January. I heard the sewing machine guy had been sick and I figured that is okay. I visited them 2 times and I was trying to be sympathetic, sounded like there guy was going through some hard times. Finally they gave me a call in March saying it would cost $180 to fix would I like a new one instead. I said to go ahead and fix it. I stopped by in late March and they had moved it to the back and said they had the part in and it would be getting to it on March 30th. Still had not heard from them and went in today Apr 5. The guy said that it would cost $180 to fix and he wanted to know if I wanted it fixed! I said I already had this conversation with him a month ago and already told him to fix it. It was clear they had done nothing with it. I asked for it back. What I did not notice until I got home (I was so mad) was that they had clearly dropped the machin
