Mr. Zapped should do a little research before he writes a review. He was upset because Flynn's Tire would not install 2 winter tires on the front of his daughters vehicle. He should buy the salesperson dinner for sticking to policy and thinking safety first. He very well might have saved his daughter from an accident. Any reputable Tire Dealer would do the same. A simple google search would back up Flynn's policy.

Sent my daughter there for help while she is in college near by. Car was not running and had it towed in...told it was O2 sensor at a cost of almost 300 you only changed one of them...1 week later it is dead again took to another shop and it is the O2 sensor again...why would you only change one...when I called and talked to you for help to have it towed in you told me you would get right on it...it took the whole week for you to even get back to us...I am starting a review campaign to tell everyone out there how poor your service is and the fact you make promises and refuse to support when you knew I was out of the area when requesting your help.
Do Not Go to this auto repair shop

I went to Flynn's for over a year. Recently I had an estimate on a big job on the car. First I was given a "price range" then I was told a much higher price. Then I was told I had to go to other places for some of the repair work. Then I was given an estimate that actually included the prices for repairs this mechanic wasn't even going to do. The manager is rude and the mechanics have no clue what is going on. Unprofessional individuals and complete rip offs. The public should be warned not to deal here if you need more than wind shield wiper replacements.
Dont go here for service. You'll be sorry.

Ive gone to this location for the past seven or so years. Ive bought six sets of tires for various vehicles. They are true when they say the price you see is the total price. Other places may have better prices on the tires, but the installation fees make Flynns the better deal. A basic oil change is $30. It does not include any other top offs of fluids (like Jiffy Lube) or a tire rotation (unless you bought the tires there, then it is free. Otherwise its $4 a tire). Competitors across town charge between $20 - $25 and include an oil change and tire rotation. I have a couple late model vehicles that I use for work. Because of these facts I dont go to the dealers for service, as shops like Flynns are typically cheaper. I can do must auto repairs myself; its just not having the time to do the repairs. Anyhow, my first botched repair job was a front cv / axle. Boots were torn, ect. Ordered OEM part, as I did not want any chinese junk on my car. Took it to Flynns, they said no problem, and installed it. Botched installation as it was making a nasty grinding sound. Spent the night redoing the installation the correct way; no problems. A fluke I thought. 6 months later, I suspected a bad wheel bearing. With a foot of snow outside I took the vehicle to Flynns. To this day, I dont remember what the manager said was wrong, but he assured me it wasnt a wheel bearing. They were confident of the solution, and I agreed to the $350 because I needed the vehicles awd for work. To be honest the car did drive a bit better (or it could have just been in my head). But the sound I thought to be a bad wheel bearing was still present. It was still snowing and too cold for me to fix this so I took it to the dealership. They showed the wheel wobble when the car was lifted, identifying the bad bearing. No more flynns after that for service....A few months later my wife needed new tires on her car. I figured tires were the only thing they couldnt screw up at Flynns. A couple days later my wife stated her car felt funny. Two lugnuts on the front passenger side were missing. That could have led to an accident. No more Flynns for my family. I chose flynns cause it was close. I dont know how a place can screw up so bad and still be open. Then again, I now notice whenever I drive past the place is pretty empty. Maybe they only hire new mechanics? Maybe they just dont care? I dont know, but dont be an idiot like me and give this place multiple times to screw you and your car up.

I've been using flynns for 12 years never had a problem always an enjoyable service and referred all my friends to them but, this past saturday i had an appt for new tires. I ordered 2 new ones because thats all i needed. When i arrive there, they say they can't do just 2 on my car . They claim it would screw up my rear differential. so i leave dissapointed only to call the dealership plus 3 other tire services and they ALL said it would be fine to put ONLY 2 new tires on the car. I called flynns and asked to speak to the manager. Not only the manager but his employee were on the phone ( 2 against 1 ) No apology for taking time out of my saturday and making me feel like the bad guy. I spend 400-1000 dollars there every year, I will NEVER go back to flynns or refer them to anyone else. Bet if i was a man they wouldn't have talked to me like that.

Don't be misled by these people . . . They will tell you when to bring your car in for services, but not do what they've told you they would . . . and then make up flimsy excuses for why they couldn't do it . . . placing blame on the customer . . . extremely unreliable and non-professional way of doing business :-(
