Better off going to a grocery store for bouquet.. by tkloch - 03/06/2009Lets keep it short... Delievered on Monday, wilting Wednseday and DEAD Saturday, I have had flowers from my neighborhood King Soopers last twice as long. What is worse, when I contacted Flowers to Go.. I was told they would have replaced them w/in 24 hrs of the delievery... Seriously. They opted to not make a goodwill refund of any amount towards the order, that my Mom selected on a piece by piece basis ( per flower/stem charges), that I am sure they made their monies worth on. Why include this under the help section of your website if you don't lean on it much less stand on it(We guarantee 100 satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800)548-8646.)
