we were sent a sympathy poiensetta when my husbands father died... they dropped it off at our front door in the freezing weather and we didn't find it for 2 days... how bad of business is that...

Terrible customer service! Do NOT order from this florist. I ordered online and paid extra for same day delivery. They were never delivered. I called the online company and complained and they told me they had to verify with the florist. The florist lied to them twice, saying they had a signature (which they didn't) and then again saying a "gentleman" accepted the flowers (all females in the household). I found out from my sister-in-law that they called her up and yelled at her on the phone saying she was lying about not receiving the flowers and they demanded to have them back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only did my sister-in-law not receive her flowers but the florist ruined her day by calling and yelling at her. In the end I ordered some flowers from a different florist who managed to actually deliver the flowers, unfortunately she got them 2 days after her birthday. I will NEVER use this company again and I am amazed they are FTD approved!!

I ordered flowers for Christmas and was very pleased with the friendly staff that made my shopping experince persoanl and unique. The flowers were deliverd on time I and I was please with the overall experince. I recomend them in spite of what other customers wrote.

It took this pathetic company over a week to deliver the flowers, charged me the wrong price for the flowers (thus resulting in my bank freezing my account and closing my debit card because the name for the transaction was not the name of the company, but someones personal name) These people are impossible to get in touch with and will not return your calls. Save yourself the time, effort. This company totally ruined a special moment for me and I will not forget this.

We ordered online on Thursday 9-9-10 for 9-10 birthday delivery. Multiple calls and messages to the business number went unanswered on Monday and Tuesday Sept 13-14. On the 14th I emailed them saying that I wanted the order canceled and a full refund per their Guarantee Policy. Without contacting us an arrangement was delivered on 9-14. I was finally contacted by phone either the 14th or 15. The said they had upgraded our arrangement. Did not mention that they reworded our card to read as if we knew the flowers were going to be delivered after the actual date of the recipients birthday. Today on reviewing our bank statement, I discovered that we were charged $10.78 over what we were quoted. My call/message went unanswered this afternoon-no surprise there! Have sent a second demand for a full refund. I would recommend staying far away from these shysters.
