This young lady came into the store and wanted to talk about a wedding. Normally when we hear wedding, we are thinking that this will take time and attention to handle. As soon as our person said we normally do this by appointment, they young lady rolled her eyes and said, this has to happen now or it is not going to happen at all. Our person had no idea at this point how small this wedding was as the conversation never got to this point. The person who she talked to is a conscientious person who would never knowingly be rude to anyone. However that does not mean that he is not human and not immune to being shouted at and treated in that manner. He was more than willing to talk to her and find out what it was she was looking for but wanted to make sure that he gave her the time and attention that was due. When she demanded that this had to happen now, it became apparent that perhaps she would be better served going another direction. Of course we want people to use our services but we also want to be able to serve them in the best way possible for them. It is unfortunate that this encounter went the way it did as we never want to lose a customer.
