They underpay their nurses!They are not fair in paying their nurses!Not a good place to work for

I signed up with Florence Nursing about 5 months ago. When I went in for my interview they gave me the impression that they had steady work to offer. I informed they I did not want to go to the prison. In the 5 months that I have been with them they have not 1 time placed me to work. They have called me every single week and ask when I am available to work. I am available 24/7 all I need is some notice. They called me 1 time at midnight and they shift had already started. Now how am I to get ready and be to work in 15 mins. I had not even had any sleep that night. The staff is this office is also very very rude. I called one time to express a concern to the owner and they would not even allow me to speak with her. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you like rude people then by all means sign up with them.
