Very Rude!!!! I went to make an appointment to discuss flower arrangements for my wedding in August . The lady greeted me at the door and informed me that they would be closed the week of my wedding. I told her ok. And she continued to lecture me that it was mothers day week and I should call and make an appointment before coming in to a flower shop. And that they are very busy. I understood that it was mothers day week. But it was Wednesday and mothers day wasn't till Sunday. And I was coming in to make an appointment for an event that is 3 months away it shouldn't be any different then calling. they were very rude and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Just Fabulous! I wanted to find a local Florist in the Lacy area, with me living in Maryland I turned to YellowPages.com and found Floral Ingenuity.

I wanted to surprise my Grandmother for her birthday and with the help from the staff I did surprised my Grandmother.

I phoned to ask if the flowers had been delivered and the staff assisted me and explain the delay, that the flowers I had requested arrived and they waiting for flowers to open up, and assured me that the flowers would be delivered and that the arrangement was beautiful.

I found this florist online. It advertised that it services Tenino, Washington, which is where I needed to send a bouquet. They immediately said that although they could send someone there with something, that it was "quite a ways out," and that the delivery fees would be quite astronomical. I asked for a suggestion for a florist in Tenino, which of course, they replied that they knew of no one.

My husband and I do cut flower bouquets from our gardens and in the winter months order like everyone else from the floral centers. We provide our local market with bouquets. When my husband wants to give me a special birthday/anniversary bouquet this is the florist he calls. The designs are very unique and always pleasing and long-lasting. ###They also carry a complete line of bird food and houses in their shop. It's marvelous!

Have called this flowershop numerous times. My wife is "over"happy every time she gets the flowers from Floral Ingenuity. Always different and always fresh. Yup, THE flowershop to call, I have tried too many and like this one the best. Wife happy?? I am happy!!!

My husband has always used Floral Ingenuity. I get flowers once a month from them and no matter what it is, the flowers always last at least 3 weeks. They are so fresh and always different designs, I look forward to every 3rd Thursday of each month because it always is different and unusual. I have called the flowershop a couple of times to rave about their flowers.

The people are so friendly and fun to talk to. They will be our flowershop forever.
