IT ISN'T WORTH YOUR LIFE!!
Worst service department I have ever beheld starting with the the down right mean and berating lady (Brittany) at the front desk to the guy (unknown) who forgot to tighten all four bolts that hold my rear brake calipers on! This was a most serious situation of which the worst possible outcome could have resulted in loss of life, and not just mine but my daughters as well.. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HAVE VEHICLE SERVICE DONE HERE! It isn't worth the possible outcome.. Also, it has been over a month now and I still have not received any form of contact (aside from promotional emails) from Flammer Ford of Spring hill, despite my having reached out via their website and the quality control survey email they send out after your visit.
